Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 48 hours before your reading by contacting Jessica. If you need to reschedule your reading, please do so no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment Jessica will not reschedule or refund your appointment.

 

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds issued if you don't cancel your appointment 48 hours before your scheduled time. There are no refunds or reschedules issued for no shows. If Jessica engages in your reading for a duration of 15 minutes, it is important to note that refunds will not be issued if the reading fails to meet your expectations.

You acknowledge that insights, guidance and Psychic Medium Reading experiences may vary from person-to-person and reading-to-reading, so whilst Jessica will ensure she uses her best endeavors to utilize the full potential of her gift and ability, you acknowledge that due to the nature of such sessions she cannot (and does not) guarantee the accuracy, completeness or applicability of a reading.

 

You warrant and promise that you are in a stable and healthy frame of mind and/or you are not aware of any reason (health-related or otherwise) why you should not participate in a Psychic Medium Reading with Jessica.

 

Jessica will not be liable for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of your Psychic Medium Reading and (to the extent permitted by law) you release Jessica from any and all liability that may arise in connection with your participation in a reading.

 

You acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 yrs old, or will be in the presence of a guardian whilst undertaking your reading.

 

It is your duty to ensure that all participants in a group reading are presented with the terms and conditions and agree to them before the reading takes place.
